Eligibility for Refund:
• The belt must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition (including tags, packaging, and no signs of wear).

3. Shipping: The belt must be sent back within 5 business days of approval using tracked shipping (return delivery is at the customer's expense).
4. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
5. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchange Eligibility:
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

• First delivery is free.
• For any exchange, the customer is responsible for delivery charges (both ways) which are Rs 400.
• Exchanges follow the same return process as refunds and are subject to availability.
Warranty Policy
We offer a 5-year warranty on our full-grain leather belts against peeling.
Warranty Coverage:
V Covers peeling of leather within 2 years of purchase.
X Does NOT cover buckle damage, as we use imported heavy-duty buckles chosen for their durability.
X Does NOT cover damage caused by misuse, water exposure, color fading or rough handling beyond regular use.
